There are many things that stress us out. What do you do after having a stressful day or night?
Since my injury last year, my ways to de stress have become different. Before, I liked to walk, and walk and walk, just to clear my thoughts.
Now, that I am not able to do as much physical work as before, I enjoy writing. Nothing professional, but I want my grandchildren to have something of their own to look back and remember me by.
What do you do to relax?
With all the stress in our lives, we need an escape. It is for our well being. Stress causes a number of different medical issues.
