I'm getting ready to carry around a baby (and an infant carrier seat which is heavy) so I know that I need my upper body to be strong. Tonight I laced up the gloves and went a few rounds with my punching bag (5 sets of about 2-3 minute intervals of light front jabs). I also grabbed my resistance band and used it while I did two sets of upper cuts, squats with a front raise, wall sits, and lunges with a shoulder press (12 reps each). It's crunch time!
