The 7 Best Cozy Fall Guilt-Free Treats You Can Buy

Bathing suit season may be over, but that's no reason to let yourself go. Here's some great stuff to eat NOW so you can keep your beach body all year long!

Dreyer's/Edy's Apple Pie Limited Edition Ice Cream

1/2 cup = 120 calories, 4g fat, 21g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g protein

This product is not exactly a hard sell. It's ice cream that tastes like pie. 'Nuff said! But it's only available until December, and then it'll be GONE... at least until next September. So run to the freezer aisle and grab a tub while there's still time.

Kashi TLC Fruit & Grain Bars, Pumpkin Pie
1 bar = 120 calories, 3g fat, 22g carbs, 4g fiber, 4g protein

If you need a little taste of the holidays NOW, this is a good one. Kashi's TLC bars are terrific to keep on hand for when snack attacks hit. Add in a serious dose of sweet spice and pumpkin goodness, and you've got a bar for all seasons!

Ocean Spray Instant Oatmeal, Cranberry Orange Muffin

1 pouch = 160 calories, 2g fat, 33g carbs, 3g fiber, and 4g protein

Eat a good hearty breakfast! This new(ish) oatmeal is a GREAT twist on the standard fruit 'n oats thing, and we LOVE it. There are other flavors in Ocean Spray's autumn-ish oatmeal line-up -- Cranberry, Cranberry Honey Multigrain, and Cranberry Pomegranate -- but this is our favorite. One of the best things you can do, food-wise, is eat a smart and filling meal in the AM, and this delicious stuff makes it easy!

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Light Blended Coffee
Tall = 120 calories, 0.5g fat, 25g carbs, 2g fiber, 5g protein

Mmmmm, seasonal treats... We love it when The 'Bucks starts rolling out its holiday stuff, and this is one of the best. Indulge in this one now, before it gets
too cold outside to enjoy an icy treat. Go on... Frap it up! Woohoo!!! (Yeah, we're
a little excited.)

Campbell's V8 Soup, Golden Butternut Squash

  1 cup = 140 calories, 2g fat, 28g carbs, 3g fiber, 3g protein

This is one of the easiest ways to consume b-nut squash (a squash we're obsessed
with!). The process of peeling, deseeding, etc., our favorite squash can be a bit
arduous, but cracking open a carton of this creamy puree is 100% doable for
everyone! Plus, since it's made by both Campbell's (serious soup people) and V8
(serious veggie people), you know it's going to be delicious and good for you.

Amy's Shepard's Pie

1 pie = 160 calories, 4g fat, 27g carbs, 5g fiber, 5g protein

Fall is the perfect time for comfort food, and there's little more comforting than mashed potatoes. This meatless mashie-topped wonder is perfect for when you want that home-cooked taste... but don't want to, you know, COOK. Thanks,
Amy! You've saved our lazy-yet-calorie-conscious butts once again.

And have fun with fall produce...

Fruit: Pears, apples (FUJIS ROCK!), and red grapes.

Veggies: Squash (all varieties -- we especially LOVE butternut and
pumpkin), sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, and broccoli.

  Mmmmm!!!

the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Light Blended Coffee has 22++ grams of sugar-- that's about 5 teaspoons (or more depending on the size). I wouldn't call that guilt-free

Amazing that you managed to misspell "shepherd" when it's right there on the box. Another awesome typo from Hungry Girl -- kinda makes me doubt your advice.

Unfortunately the V8 butternut soup doesn't taste very much like butternut. It mostly tastes like potato. I think they put just enough butternut in there to color it and that was about all. The broccoli soup in the box was really good though.

Once you get east of Colorado Dreyer's Ice Cream is Branded as Edy's Slow Churned Ice Cream. I don't know the story behind the different marketing, but they are the same company.
