(©WireImage.com) <a rel="nofollow" href="http://music.msn.com/galleryfeature/inauguration-celebration/"> More inauguration photos</a></td></tr></table> <p>The New York Daily News reports that&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="http://shine.yahoo.com/music/artist/beyonc%c3%a9/"> Beyoncé</a> was most displeased on Monday when she was informed that the streets around the Washington, D.C., theater where hubby <a rel="nofollow" href="http://shine.yahoo.com/music/artist/jay-z/"> Jay-Z</a> had been rehearsing for his pre-inauguration performance had been closed down. <p>The cops supposedly told them they&#39;d have to hoof it the four blocks to their chauffeur-driven car, prompting the chanteuse to put her stiletto-shod foot down. <p>&quot;Beyoncé wouldn&#39;t walk in high heels in the cold,&quot; a source tells the paper. &quot;The cops wouldn&#39;t budge, but the Secret Service agreed to let the driver pick Jay and Beyoncé up, bring them to their hotel so they could change, and get them back to the theater.&quot; </p></td></tr></table>
