Beyoncé</a> was most displeased on Monday when she was
informed that the streets around the Washington, D.C., theater
where hubby <a rel="nofollow"

Jay-Z</a> had been rehearsing for his pre-inauguration
performance had been closed down. <p>The cops supposedly told
them they'd have to hoof it the four blocks to their
chauffeur-driven car, prompting the chanteuse to put her
stiletto-shod foot down. <p>"Beyoncé
wouldn't walk in high heels in the cold," a source
tells the paper. "The cops wouldn't budge, but the
Secret Service agreed to let the driver pick Jay and Beyoncé
up, bring them to their hotel so they could change, and get them
back to the theater."
