Update as of 10/17/09
Lady-Jane~ I just got off the phone with our lady and she is now at home recovering. She had a stint put in with her heart issues. Her heart became terribly compromised due to the severe lung issues she has been dealing with these last few years. Some good news is that she is in the clear with a tumor they had found in her colon. It shows now that it is NOT malignant like we all feared. Lady-Jane will return when she can better focus her eyes that have been affected by her respiratory problems and the treatments needed for those problems. She wants everyone to know how touched she is that so much love and concern has been demonstrated right here.
Snowbunny's Captain is still in the hospital, but should get released tomorrow evening. He is alert and making urine after receiving a kidney transplant. The doctors are very optimistic that he has a near perfect match in him. Snowbunny is also equally touched by all the love and prayers here. Her computer is not cooperating well at the moment, so I will update you folks until she can get back on here.
Hope everyone out there is doing well. You guys and gals here on Shine are the best and I know your prayers are heard!
