For make up:
If you have a dark tan skin color, use the common skintone or light tan powder/press powder. For glowing fairer face, darken your eyebrows with an eyeliner. By doing it, trace your brow just once and then brush it by spreading the line to make it dark and a little thick as it matches on the size of your eyes. (Don't let it be so thick) And for an update, celebrities now have their thick eyebrows as I have observed. Then the color of the lips is pink.
If you have a light tan complexion, use a white powder/press powder. Then, darken your eyebrows like the steps above. For complete glow, you can change your hair color: it can be red or black. Lipstick should be red.

Face Brush and Pore Cleaner

=If you have skin problems like pimples, do not use a beauty or whitening soap because it may irritate and damage more. Heal it first before using some whitening soap. Don't use an astringent, it can double the irritation. Use a foam facial wash with salicylic acid. After washing, apply toner with the same formula and use a pimple-clearing treatment lotion. You can buy a PROACTIVE kit for best results. And when the products you have chosen satisfies you, continue on using it. Remember: Not all whitening products are effective. When the pimples lessen and are gone and your face skin is healthy, just continue the product because it will also do more ways not just removing the pimples, it may whiten the skin. For additional tip, use a face brush when you wash and a pore-cleaner device twice a week. (Everyday brushing may scratch the delicate skin and daily use of the pore-cleaner may stress it.) Finally, use a powder for oily skin. Wear powder when you go out or when you are under the sun. Powder may protect and keep you from sweating and it may keep you dry and fresh. Wert skin has more tendency to be sunburned.

=For bathing, use a body brush and a natural soap with an ingredient of salt or can be citrus ones (ex. Virgin Coconut Body Soap - available in Watsons). Brush the skin as it goes pinkish to remove dirt and dead skin. Do it for the whole body except the face. Leave it for about 5 minutes and then rinse. Take a bath twice a day if necessary, morning and before bed time. (You can use a whitening soap if you want)
= After bathing, use a whitening lotion. Also apply after your night bath.
= For the food, don't eat too much fish because it is rich in vitamin D which tans your skin. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
